In this coaching 121 Program I support you to achieve a Healthy and Sustainable Body Weight that makes you feel proud of Yourself, allows you to embrace your body’s unique needs and helps you to transform your life through loving and accepting the body as a precious opportunity to grow For far too long we have been indoctrinated into thinking that we need to control our weight through willpower and exercising. This is a very simplistic approach because it undermines the connection mind-body, where emotions and thoughts influence the way how we metabolize, how our hormones work; and how we relate to food and body. In my programs, I combine the best strategies from Nutrition science and eating Psychology. By eliminating the shoulds and shouldn'ts, I focus on what is good for your body and your personal style. As we work together in this way, eating and health issues become a place of exploration. Instead of seeing these issues as the enemy, they become opportunities for growth and self-improvement. I guide you towards reach your highest goals not by strategies that punish but through strategies that nourish your mind and body.
