For the last 15 years, my husband and I have been working in a supportive partnership thorough different healing processes and protocols. Our intention has been to journey individually acknowledging and honouring our connection to each other and to nature . In this, we aim more alignment with nature principles of harmony, balance, efficiency and cooperation.
We are convinced that we all born totally equipped to self-heal, but through our lives we charge negatively our bodies, minds and energy field in a way that this power is forgotten and neglected which makes it difficult to access our lost balance/health very often.
After trying different processes and protocols, we have come to the conclusion that detoxification is paramount to enable the body to self-heal. It frees energy for the body to find the easiness we born with, gives the body clarity to direct the energy and resources towards restoring tissues and processes. The body will proceed to heal in an orderly way of priority when we clear different blocks and toxins that are in the way.
When we talk about detoxification we refer to different levels
1. Clearing physical and chemical toxicity: From food, chemical substances, environment, drugs, alcohol, medication. Toxins not only block secretive and excretory systems but very often, rob nutrients from the body, unbalance hormones and enzymes, and produce body inflammation and pains.
2.Clearing Emotional and Mental Toxicity: From our perspective, in order to improve our relationship with spirit, we need to clear up as much as possible the toxins that have kept us away from it: Emotions that we keep in the shadow but come out when we less expect.
We are emotional beings absorbing emotions and mental stimuli even before we born. These emotional and mental messages through repetition and habits become our paradigms. Many of these paradigms are toxic and detrimental for us to have a fulfilled and happy live. Through these limiting believes we become smaller, dis empowered and acting from emotions that are not healthy: shame, guilt, resentment, frustration...the list goes on.
Some tools and Tips:

-Consuming certain herbs and supplements that speed up process of releasing physical and chemical toxins.

2. Emotional Detoxification: Clearing up blocking emotions does not have to be a painful and long mental process. At this time and age we count with lots of tools that combine science and spirituality and have probed for many amazing results.

It is common that people with some spiritual insights jump from physical detoxification towards spiritual practices with little consideration towards their emotional body. Undermining the need of let go and transform negative emotions can have consequences, not only in the mental body through unpleasant behaviours and habits but also in the physical body (unhealed and suppressed emotions can contribute to multiple illnesses).
Part of our mission is to facilitate clearing up routes for people to connect easily to source and to nature. Through our experience, detoxification processes are the first step towards empowering and self healing.
